🪵 The Craftleigh Selection

Every project begins at my local timber merchant in Pudsey. I hand-select each piece of pine and redwood, looking for the straightest grains and the highest quality stock to ensure a solid foundation for every Craftleigh build.

🛠️ Precision Fabrication

The process moves to the workbench in my small workshop, where I carefully mark and cut seven individual components. Using a blend of traditional hand files and precision machinery—including jigsaws, a pillar drill, and my chopsaw—I meticulously shape each part into its final, intricate form.

📐 The Craftleigh Standard

To guarantee a professional result every time, I assemble the parts using a series of custom-made, handmade jigs. This bespoke approach ensures that every joint is accurate, making the Craftleigh assembly process both consistent and incredibly reliable.

✨ The Finishing Touch

For a resilient and sophisticated appearance, I finish each rack with Fiddes Hard Wax Oil. This professional-grade treatment protects the wood while enhancing its natural beauty. To ensure your Craftleigh piece perfectly matches your interior, you can choose from four distinct tints or a classic clear finish. Adding a laser etched motif completes the final result.

Once your rack is wall-mounted, the work is complete. All that’s left for you to do is step back, admire the craftsmanship, and open a bottle of your favourite plonk.
