Craft Leigh Designs creates handmade wooden gifts, home accessories, personalised items and bespoke wooden pieces from our workshop in Pudsey, West Yorkshire.

Products
All products are handmade, so small variations in colour, grain, knots, markings, texture and finish may occur.
These natural differences are part of the character of handmade wooden products and do not mean the item is faulty.
We do our best to show product colours and finishes accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Personalised and Bespoke Orders
Personalised and bespoke items are made using the details provided by the customer.
Please check all names, wording, spellings, measurements and details carefully before placing your order.
Craft Leigh Designs cannot be responsible for mistakes entered by the customer.
Personalised, bespoke and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Prices
Product prices are shown on the website.
Free UK delivery is included on all Craft Leigh Designs orders unless stated otherwise.
We may update prices from time to time.
The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
Orders and Payment
Orders must be paid for at checkout.
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error with the product, price, availability or order details.
If we need to cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
Delivery
Most items are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days.
Some bespoke, personalised or busy-period orders may take longer.
Free UK delivery is included on all Craft Leigh Designs orders.
The price you see on the product page already includes UK delivery, so there are no extra delivery charges added at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Craft Leigh Designs cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within the times stated, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier delays, busy periods, weather, strikes or circumstances outside our control.
Returns
Non-personalised items can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and safely packaged for return.
Personalised items, bespoke items and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Online shoppers usually have cancellation rights for many products, but there are exceptions for personalised or bespoke goods. UK guidance also says online customers usually have 14 days to tell the seller they want to cancel and a further 14 days to return goods where cancellation rights apply. Return Postage
The cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived back with us and has been checked.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and without damage.
If an item is returned damaged, used or not in its original condition, a refund may not be issued.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Please check your spelling for personalised items.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and help put things right.
Product Use and Safety
Our products are intended for normal household or decorative use unless stated otherwise.
Please follow any care guidance provided.
Craft Leigh Designs is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable fixing, outdoor exposure where the product is not designed for outdoor use, or failure to care for the item correctly.
Website Use
You may use this website for personal shopping and information purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce or use our website content, images, product descriptions, branding or designs without permission.
Intellectual Property
All Craft Leigh Designs branding, images, product photos, text and designs belong to Craft Leigh Designs unless otherwise stated.
You must not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Craft Leigh Designs is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
