Delivery & Returns

At Craft Leigh Designs, every item is handmade with care from our workshop in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow time for your piece to be created, packed and sent.

Delivery

Most items are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days. As these are made to order.

Free UK delivery is included on all Craft Leigh Designs orders. The price you see on the product page already includes UK delivery, so there are no extra delivery charges added at checkout.

If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or for bespoke/custom orders.

Returns

We hope you love your Craft Leigh order, but if there is a problem, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Non-personalised items can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and safely packaged for return.

Personalised items, bespoke items and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Return Postage

The cost of returning an item is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived back with us and has been checked.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and without damage. If an item is returned damaged, used or not in its original condition, a refund may not be issued.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help put things right.
